Colby Cardin is a corporate facilitator, speaker, coaching, and business consultant. His personal mission is to help leaders around the world achieve breakthrough performance and to help businesses find their way to ethical results.
He has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry, where he has worked as a trainer, retail branch manager, credit analyst, underwriter, commercial banker and commercial banking Group Vice President.
It is no coincidence that Colby teaches leadership. He is a third-generation banker, coming from two generations of local community bank Presidents. Colby was invited to join TSYS in 2015 as a training consultant to teach executive level leadership content all over the world.
His specialty is assessing business needs, developing unique leadership solutions and measuring outcomes. He played a key role in developing the award-winning L.E.A.D. program, an intensive 18-month leadership development program that has been replicated all over the globe. He is currently implementing a version of this program in India. He is also implementing a global high potential talent program called “Enterprise IT Leader” and piloting an emerging leader program in the operations division.
Colby writes a leadership blog called Leadership in Action that is distributed to over 1,200 leaders twice a month. He also maintains his own personal leadership blog, colbycardin.com and publishes a leadership podcast called The Short Attention Span Leadership Podcast.
Colby holds a B.A. in history from the University of Georgia and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a leadership certificate from the Wharton School of Business.
