In his professional life he is a leadership and management consultant.  He is the author of a bi-weekly internally published leadership blog, builds learning content, delivers training and works with internal clients to meet business objectives.

Colby holds a B.A in History from The University of Georgia and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from The University of Pennsylvania.
